How it works

Simple on purpose.

01

Tell us about your year

A short conversation and a document list. No portal maze. We figure out what you need before we start the work.

02

Jenna does the work

Your return, books, or plan are prepared by Jenna — not handed off to a seasonal team you will never meet.

03

Review, file, stay in touch

We walk through the result in plain language, file when you are ready, and remain available after the season ends.

Who this practice is for

If you want a real CPA, not a seasonal storefront.

Families and W-2 households

Especially when there is a side job, a new house, investments, or a year that does not look like last year.

Freelancers and consultants

People who get 1099s, pay quarterly estimates, and want to stop guessing what they owe.

Small business owners

Owners who need books, returns, and a CPA who understands the company — not a seasonal storefront.

Questions

Before you write.

What areas do you serve?

The practice is based in Manchester, Tennessee. You can meet or drop off documents in Manchester. We regularly work with Coffee County and nearby towns — Tullahoma, Hillsboro, Morrison, Estill Springs, Shelbyville, Winchester, McMinnville, and Arnold AFB — and we take clients anywhere in the United States by email and video.

Do you work with clients outside Tennessee?

Yes. Distance is not a requirement. Most clients outside the Manchester area send documents electronically and review the return by phone or video. If a particular state filing needs a local specialist, we will say so before we start.

Do you work virtually?

Yes. You can meet in person in Manchester, drop off your documents, or send them electronically from anywhere in the United States. Video meetings are available as well.

Do you take new clients year-round?

Yes. Tax planning and bookkeeping are useful in every season. For current-year returns, earlier is always better — reach out as soon as you know you will need help.

What should I have ready for a first conversation?

A short description of your situation is enough to start: individual or business, last year’s return if you have it, and anything that changed this year. We will send a specific document list after that.

Do you offer drop-off tax prep?

Yes. Meet in person, drop off your documents in Manchester, or send them electronically. Jenna will still review the finished return with you before it is filed.

What software do you work with?

We meet you where you are — spreadsheets, QuickBooks, bank exports, or a shoebox we will help you organize. If a specific tool is a better fit, we will say so.

Ready when you are

Tell Jenna about your year.

A short note is enough. We will follow up with next steps, timing, and what to have ready.
